For some reason, I almost feel slightly guilty for having such a good 2016 as it seems the entirety of the internet hated last year! I feel lucky that i’m able to travel as much as I do and discover new places on our beautiful planet. To be honest, one of the reasons I think travelling is so important is that it keeps you humble, curious and passionate about living every day in the best way possible.
Now we’ve welcomed in the new year, i’ve taken a look back at my favourite travel moments from 2016 and I have to say it’s been pretty awesome.

Discovering Winter Wonderland In Sweden

Celebrating St Patrick’s Day With Jameson Whiskey In Dublin
What could be better than celebrating St Patrick’s Day in Ireland! Well going with Jameson whiskey for an epic three day press trip certainly made my first visit to Ireland an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere on St Patrick’s Day is electrifying – add it to your bucket list immediately!

Travelling Solo To LA
In 2016, I went on my first solo trip and it was eye-opening, scary and unbelievably fun. When you’re on your own, you end up meeting and chatting to so many interesting people and experience a place in a whole new way. LA is one of my favourite cities in the world, so it was amazing to come back here.
Here’s my guide to Los Angeles; including ideas on what to do and where to eat!
Beach Yoga In Sagres With Teva
On the very south west tip of Portugal is the seaside town of Sagres. I visited here on a whirlwind adventure with Teva, enjoying beach yoga, surfing and a fantastic party with all the Teva team! It was an amazing way to welcome in the summer.
Making Pasta In Italy
Visiting Tuscany in May for a week of sun, relaxation and walks was topped off with the most incredible day learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch!
Exploring Hvar, Croatia
I returned to Hvar for a week in the summer, after finding that my last visit of 2 days just wasn’t enough to explore everything this beautiful island has to offer. Just look at that view!

A Mini Adventure To The Cotswolds
One of my other favourite travel moments of 2016 was right here in the UK. I had a MINI adventure in the Cotswolds over the bank holiday weekend and it was absolutely beautiful weather! There’s truly no better place the England in the sun.
